Refund Policy

When booking onto a rally, a payment/part payment may be required at the time of booking or at a specified date in advance of the rally. The amount of payment will depend on the cost of the rally and any landowner requirements. This will be clearly stated.

In the case of cancellation by a member, advance payments will be refunded minus any charges incurred by the centre (for example upfront costs in the case of event rallies or monies committed in advance to landowners/commercial enterprises).

All cancellations will be subject to an administration charge of £2.00, which will be deducted before issuing any refund. In the case of cancellation by the Centre, all payments will be refunded.

Refund requests should be made to treasurer@westwalescentre.co.uk quoting the rally number, reason for refund request and bank details.
